The teachers, administrators and staff at Lily Pond Child Development Centers are committed to doing the very best job possible to help build a bright future for young children.  We believe that quality early childhood education is key to children's future success in school and life.  Because of this, we have worked hard to earn the highest "STAR 4" rating at each of our 10 locations.

Keystone STARS can help you understand the quality of a child care and early learning program. Child care programs that participate in Keystone STARS earn a "STAR 1" to "STAR 4" rating based on quality standards that measure teacher training and education, the classroom learning environment, collaboration with families and the community, and leadership and management. 

As programs earn more STARS, they are providing higher quality early education for your child.

There are many benefits, such as individual attention; high quality curriculum; a safe, friendly and respectful environment; feeling good about himself or herself; a well educated staff; and parent involvement.

For a young child, everything is a learning experience. The early learning program you choose can affect how well your child does in kindergarten, school, and in life. Children who attend a quality child care / early learning program come to kindergarten ready to learn, do better in school, and are more likely to graduate high school, attend college, and get good jobs.
