At Lily Pond Child Development Centers, we are enthusiastic about and guided by the sense of purpose that is found in our mission, vision and values.  These statements provide a guidepost for decision making, and clear expectations and standards for all Lily Pond staff.

MISSION

Our mission is to provide exceptional, evidence-based opportunities for young children and families to grow and learn to their fullest potential.

VISION

We will give continued emphasis to developing partnerships and collaborations to enhance services as well as administrative, financial and outreach capacity.

We will help to raise the bar for quality service delivery for families and their young children across Blair County, thus extending our reach beyond the families and children who are served at our agency alone.
