Lily Pond Child Development Centers has its early roots in the 1970s, when it was a collection of child care programs operated by two non-profit entities: Easter Seals of Central Pennsylvania and Day Care Services of Blair County.

 Lily Pond now operates under the 501(c)3 non-profit educational organization Kids First Blair County which was created by our founder, Jackie Clouser.

Today, Lily Pond provides care to over 375 children and employs more than 45 teachers, administrators, and support staff.

HISTORY

On behalf of the teachers, administrators and support staff at Lily Pond Child Development Centers and Kids First Blair County, I would like to express my gratitude.  I am grateful for the support and dedication we have in one other, for our many mentors, advisors and partners over the years, and for the parents and family members who entrust us with the care of their cherished children. The success of this program is the direct result of collaboration, trust, integrity, commitment and plenty of hard work. I look cheerfully ahead to many more years of doing that to which we have pledged ourselves: excellence for young children and their families.
